In those years while we are sponsoring teamspeakservers there were a lot of questions which have been asked several times.

For discharge of our E-Mail support and to answer your question fast we collected all of these questions and their answers on this page.

You do not sponsor anybody!

  • Of course we can not sponsor everybody. We are not having money without limit so we need to have requirements.
    If there would come some company supporting us with some money or servers we would ease the requirements to support more clans and projects.
    With our random customer and with all those clans saying "thank you" to us in our boardwe are demonstrated enough that we are sponsoring. Try it yourself.
    For those clans which are not meeting the requirements: On several times we got actions where you can get a ts2-server without meeting the requirements. Just have a look in the news.

Do I have to pay anything?

  • No, all what you get from us does not cost you anything. All will be free - We are a sponsor.

Is it possible to change the slots of my ts2-server?

  • You can change your count of slots whenever you want. Of course you need a reason for more slots.

How long does it take to answer my request?

  • A request can take up to three or four days. Our supporters will check all to give you a server as soon as possible.
    After your request has been confirmed, you will get an email with a link in it. Click on this link and follow the instructions showed on the screen to activate your server. After the last step of activation you will get your access data in the next mail.

Can i make a sponsoring request with sending you an email?

  • No, sorry. We do not handle any sponsoring request over email. If you need help - send us an email. If you want to get sponsored - please have a look on our board.

Which clans are you supporting now?

  • Some years ago we had a list of sponsored clans which could be seen by all on this page. After the clans were insulted by not sponsored clans we decided to remove this list. Every clan will stay anonym. We only have the little box on the left where we show up one customer every 60 minutes at random. Thank you for your cooperation!

Where do I get the TCP port of my server?

  • Because of security reasons nobody will get the TCP port. With the administration software you get you are able to create a teamspeak viewer for your homepage which will be full XHTML validated and adjustable.
