About us
The start
The foundation of ts2-sponsoring.org was on the 11. Dezember of 2005. We were a little and unknown hoster of teamspeakservers without any requirements and without any community. We decided ourselves wheather a clan will get a server or not.
On the beginning of 2006 we requested a NPO licence from Teamspeak. After some discussions we became an official hoster of teamspeakserver. At the beginning of the NPO licence we were allowed to sponsor as much slots as we could. Today we are only allowed to sponsor up to 5000 slots.
The routine
Finally in May 2006 we built up our own community, called "Gamers Foundation". The sponsoringrequests where deferred to our community which was growing and growing.
On the beginning of march 2007 we released a new website with a new style - thanks to our boardmember mett for the style. Also released in 2007 was our brand new and selfmade webinterface for teamspeakserver. With the connection to our board and huge number of features and settings it is exceptional.
Who are we?
All of our sponsoringprojects are free of advertising. We assure that all links and banner advertisments are free and not commercial. We do not get anything for this kind of advertisments - We only exchange visitors and build up partnerships.
With this huge number of servers it is very difficult to finance a project like this. The whole finance is coming out of private money.
We made this project because we played online games like counterstrike too. We had little clans but not the money to pay for a teamspeakserver or gameserver. Finally the clan dissolve and all were unhappy.
Now we do not want this to happen again - This is why we opened ts2-sponsoring.org.
The future
In Novemer 2008 we fused together with Ts-Systems another NPO hoster for teamspeakserver. Today we got round about 100 customers all around the world - with different languages. We are growing and expanding every day. Help us to remain what we are - the market leader for german teamspeakserver.
